Levels of Service
Now to Wow Staging and Redesign takes pride in offering three levels of service that can satisfy your individual needs. We will take into account the budget you have in mind. Services range from 2 hours to one day.
Home Assessment
We will do an extensive walk through of all exterior and interior spaces including taking photos and keeping a record of all the things we believe need attention. We will then consult with the client and answer any questions. The homeowner will be emailed a detailed checklist with room-by-room tips and suggestions. We will help the homeowner decide what they can do on their own, make referrals for any needed contractors and provide a proposal for any further services the homeowner may request from Now-to-Wow.
Redesign
Redesign is a simple, cost effective way to give your rooms a fresh look. Maybe all that needs to be done is some minor updates and rearranging. We will create a beautiful design in any room of your home using what you already have. With each room we redesign, our goal is to give attention to architectural features of the room, good traffic flow and spaciousness while keeping in mind your wishes. We may bring in a few accessories to help make your room go from a now to a WOW!
Staging
Like redesign, staging may include just a few rooms or every room in your home. The difference is that with staging we will bring in accessories, props, and even furniture that you can rent or purchase or a combination of the two. Generally, complete staging is for vacant homes, or homes that have minimal furniture and accessories. We prepare a proposal that includes our time, furniture and accessory rental. Furnishing an entire house of course is an option but there are other options that can keep expenses down. Other options might include mini staging of a few main living areas. As with all of our redesign and staging work, our goal is to use as much of what a homeowner already has and create a beautiful vision for buyers.
